You can reset your PIN from the PIN screen's "Reset PIN" option. You will receive an OTP and once the OTP has been verified, you can create a new PIN. Please note that after being inactive for more than 6 months you will only be able to reactivate your account through your registered email address or by answering a few security questions about your activity on the app. If you experience issues recovering your PIN you can click on the "Contact Now" button on the Reset PIN screen to get assistance.
